is currently living in Irving, Texas and attending the University of Dallas as a Master of Arts in sculpture candidate on a full-ride scholarship. She focuses her work on human nature, depicting its unsolved wonder through the teetering balance between realism and exaggerated form.
In less than six months, Liz has had multiple sculptures in exhibitions around the North Texas area, became a member of the Texas Sculpture Association and participated in an iron pour at the Texas Women’s University, located in Denton.
Liz received her Bachelor of Science in 2018 with a studio art double major in sculpture and graphic design, and a minor in marketing from Bradley University, located in Peoria, Illinois.
During her time in Peoria, she exhibited at the Studios on Sheridan and at the Contemporary Art Center. She was the recipient of the Kottemann Endowed Scholarship and the Fine and Performing Arts Scholarship at Bradley. Her first life-size sculpture was accepted into the 2019 Peoria Sculpture Walk and received the People’s Choice Award.
She is also currently employed by OSF HealthCare as a Graphic Design Specialist, which gives her the opportunity to explore her creativity in marketing, expand her knowledge and display her design work across Central Illinois.
